UTILITIES MANAGEMENT
Croí actively collaborates with wider project teams to manage utilities risk across every stage of a project’s lifecycle, including preparing the business case and obtaining third-party external approvals, supporting the procurement process, design, construction and commissioning.
Our team draws on a broad mix of experience in design and technology, on-site constructability, supervisor experience in delivery and surveillance, as well as overall project and commercial management. We specialise in identifying critical, long-lead challenges that could potentially cause delays in approvals and construction and manage them to ensure they don’t become obstacles.
